is it muscular or skelatal? if it's skelatal see a doctor, if it's muscular jsut take it easy for a bit.
Well It happened when I pulled something heavy out of me shed and had a sharp pain go through my back... Also, what do you think of seeing a chiropractor? and also, if I have bad posture and like, lets say...in school you are leaning down on your desk for 6 hours o.o will that affect back muscles, skeleton, or both equally...
Get a tens machine!! ooo so good! (TPN Dual Channel Tens) About it: Transcutaneous Electical Nerve Stimulation is a non-invasive, drug-free method of controlling pain. TENS uses tiny electrical impulses sent through the skin to nerves to modify your pain perception. TENS does not cure any physiological problem, it only helps to control pain. TENS does not work for everyone, however, in most patients it is effective in reducing or eliminating the pain, allowing a return to normal activity. Phew that took me a while to write that from the booklet, heh
bad posture typically affects your spinal cord the most as what happens is your back is arched and certain parts of the spine are compressed. Muscularly it isn't good but mostely skelatal in nature. as for lifts... always lift keeping your back straight. applies to weights and everything else. and yes if ti feals liek ti is your spine do see a doctor. if it's muscular and it's just sore than shrug it off(you knwo like sore from lifting as compared to your arms you know)
that's for muscular pain skelatal pain is somethign altogether diferent... it's like giving someone an icy hot for a broken arm(though not as severe)
