Name: Def Jam: Fight for NY

    Console: Gamecube, Playstation II, X-Box

    Players: 1-4 :D

    Online: None :P

    Rating: 9 D-Mobs out of 10

If you played the first game of the series Def Jam: Vendetta, then you will probaly know what Im talking about. But for all you players and playetts who have not tried this out. Well thats what Im here for.

The game starts right from the ending of the first game. D-Mob(the boss of the first game) is being brought out by two cops and then gets put in the cop car. Then when their driving away, the car gets smashed into by an SUV. That person happens to be you.....

With D-Mob now back out on the streets. You enter the underground arena of fighting, you gotta now get back on top with D-mob. You have your own crew of Method Man and Redman.

You start out by making your character by choosing height, weight, voice and the usaul stuff. You can choose what type of fighting style you want from kickboxing, wrestling, submission and street fighter. Each style has its strengths and weaknesses. I think wrestling is being the balanced of them all, so start off with this if you want a feel for the game. You can buy speacil moves for your style of fighting. The fighting system has been revamped.

Then you can pimp out your street fighter by adding bling, tattoos and haircuts. I suggest you keep on buying new stuff from fights.

Their is over 40 licensed hip-hop stars like the dogfather himself Snoop Dogg. It is three times as bigger than the original. Some of the speacil moves is just ridiculas.
