When I try to play a game part of the top screen gets cut off and moved to the bottom. It only happens to some of my games.

Heres what it kinda looks like. Don't worry about the white space.

    My screen resolution is 1280X1024
    Someone please help.

maybe the game is in 800 x 600 resolution, and it gets confused when it resizes your screen...

Try using the buttons on your monitor to go the the Degauss thingy, and activate it. Should refresh your monitor etc. See if it works.

Degausing the monitor is not going to help anything. Just mess around with resolutions. That should be what is wrong. If not on the outside of the game, inside the game. For the drivers, look on the makers website of your graphics card(s) and you should find them there. That wont help you IMO though.
