Well, the company Philips has recently patented technology to prevent ad-skipping. Perhaps Philips will license the patent to other companies and the law will require you to buy a player that prevents ad-skipping. Kind of like regions on DVD players. Now, go forth and tell everyone you know about this bull----, and pray that the general public takes note and the bill doesn't get passed.

10 Years for downloading a movie... hmm, seems to me like i'd be doing a couple of life terms right now. Maybe 10 or 20 . Ignorant people, i.e. most of the government, should never have power in any society. Down with Bush
a bit much and they are going to be able stop all downloads and trading ou know its like they are blaming everything on terrosim , yes i agree terroism is bad and we must stamp it out but to ride on its back so that they can deal with other agendas is sickening .
They are astablishing that "crimes" that is economic damaging for corporations weighs higer then other crimes. THey want to stop evolution and I wouldnt wanna live in the US...
