im gonna say it really depends on the games u prefer...if it is rpg then u have the ff series but then again on xbox u have kotor I&II but xbox has the memory, graphics, and live ability that is huge compared to PS2....but being a hardcore gamer i like the xbox the most
xbox is 10x better than ps2 in everyway memory, hard drive, enuf said gfx- if you've ACTUALLY played xbox you would see it has much better gfx than ps2 games- ps2 did have better games at xbox's first coming out, but this year the xbox will crush ps2... doom 3, star wars republic commando, obviously halo2, and faora(racing game to compete with Grand turismo) and many other games music- custom soundtracks for xbox, whats up with ps2? -and just so u know, we have the maddens' series as well as xbox live with it too moswt kids i know who have ps2 at my school, are now buying xboxes cuz of halo, but also cuz doom3 and republic commando!
ptch... Xbox wins be a long shot. You can make music/roms/emulators/games on it. You can get it moded and its basically a computer
XBOX's ESPN NFL 2K5 > PS2's Madden XBOX's online play owns PS2 in every way. XBOX gets the better version of most games anyway and don't forget we get games with downloadable content and some games let you use your own custom soundtrack.
xbox. i use to have a ps2 and think that ps2 was the best. I played xbox and soon finally gave it a chance, and soon after sold my ps2 and got an xbox. When i had a ps2 i almost never played it and only got 9 games total in about 2 years. I've had xbox about half a year ald already have 15 games+. Better graphics, good game selection (though ps2 is way larger, ill give them that) but overall xbox is much better.
I would go with xbox. Its graphics are better and the games are great and are also better. Ps2 is good and has great games but xbox still over shadows it.
I own both i havbe only had xbox for 3 weeks (since xmas) and it PWNS ps2. i love my ps2 i love all the GTA's and the final fantasy's. But the online games suck on ps2 compared to xbox
xbox is 10 times better than ps2... graphixs are better... game are better, and you don't have to buy a memory card for xbox to save games <_<
