I was messing around with filters and smudge tool and came up with this but I blow at adding text and anything related to it. Can some1 suggest what kind of text to add or a good tut for a nice effect. I wanted to add sort of a shiny text that stands out but it never came out as i imagined it.
Arial is the best, my current uses arial and I just added a little logo, just be creative. I recommend arial, verdana and tahoma out of the default windows fonts.
