overall 7.8/1i like the first one but it's a bit too bright and plain, try adding some effcts. (check the tut in my sig)

the first one is too newbie, downloaded brushing non'matching BG.

 

...2/10 like wtf. hurts my eyes dude. your colours are clashing. try using two maybe three colours total in a sig and mae them similiar...

8/10 nice bg and use of the picture. the text is well done and its a nice overal sig. only problem is the bottem border seems to be thicker than on the other three sides???
