    i think its flat... and that gray square doesnt fit :huh:

    The colours are pretty dull and it seems abit unorganized.

    I dont like it. I cant exactly say whats wrong with it. Overall it looks bad.

    My advice would be to do some tutorials on websites to get the feel of what people like and what colours to use. Your template does not flow, the text will look odd and it will be hard to slice and code. Also the grey box below 'Merial Corp.' should be made into a light brown pastel colour, as the rest of the template is. You should also not try to fit too much stuff into the template.
