I don't see a point in there anywhere.

Well. If you don't care about anyones artwork, as long as it displays feeling then why are sticking to the scale yourself? The members you've denied aren't up to your quality, doesn't mean they don't put emotion in their work.

Plus.
Art isn't always about emotion, I've done commission work for money and was not emotionally involved in any way. If anything doing comission work and not getting attached to it helps, for one it means you don't miss the work when it's gone and it will also mean you dont detract from the request to pursue your personal talents and tastes.

"Proffesional" Computer Design artists, who do commission etc. make it to the request, they don't all attach themselves to the pieces. Not saying that they never do.

 

i personally havnt denied anyone lmao, that would be the others that are going to be denying people. I dont judge someones work usually until I know them unless it does happen to be a trendwhore kind of thing, which is a bad thing to do, because I know a few people who havnt even touched a tutorial or been a part of a graphics site who have come up with the same exact techniques as alot of you guys.

and yeah, i havnt really bothered getting into requests, i always end up making something i dont feel like giving up for a while lol

and with the picasso point, just forget it, its obvious if you actually read what I said, but ive said it 3 times and its really just not worth my time to explain it anymore without going into great detail and I dont have the time to write an essay on here.

My main point: I dont care about being high on the rating scale, i dont care about others opinions on my work, and I like what I do, and I will continue to do it as I want to do it, not as others want to see it.

we are still currently accepting apps, but all of our members have just recently began to get online, so we are just beginning to discuss a few things...
