    This machine consists of 288 AMD Athlon-MP 2200+ (1.8 GHz) CPUs

    Wow, all ya need to do now is upgrade ram and your video card for the next 10 years and you could pretty much play any game.. LOL

    It was just to make one of the fastest computers in the world... just so they could say they did it... just like there is no TRUE point in owning a Ferrari when you can own a Toyota and it does almost the same thing (Depending on how you use them). I think it is sexy but I would never set 45 hair driers in my room continuosly... WAY too much heat.

    You know... 288 X 1.8 = 518.4GHz

    I think you could play any game... even supposing you had 64MB per GPU then you have... 288 x 64 = 18432MB of video.. I think that can handle more than a couple HL2's and three or four CSSs

    That is if you think it isn't manditory to have 10x or 9x cards for future. All you need now is a LAN party.
