yo guys i have a 2004 vision impulse and i upgraded to the blackheart board. take my advise, get this board.. i can adjust the BPS up to like 36 ball per second, i can almost out shoot my halo/victory board with this new chip and if u put the rebound almost allthe way up this thing will bounce like crazy... i meen if i pull the trigger 3/4 times fast it shoots another 5 shots twice as fast lol. im making this topic for all u impulse users who think their gun isnt as good as timmies, dm4/5/6/c, angels.... ur wrong, this board will make ur impulse better than them. i swear on my life it will, this board is so worth the 100 dollors. i hope i saved u guys some money who read this, thats what the point was.
You have no clue what your talking about. Stop wasting money on your garbage impulse, and buy a real marker. There's a reason impulses go for two-hundred dollars, it's because they're 'new player markers' edit: Let me try to rephrase that in a nicer way. spyders<impulses<ions<angels,timmys,fizzles, borgs, etc are all personal preference. So please do some research before you waste your money and then post threads.
are you ----ing kidding me? i garuntee my impulse will cycle just as fast as any matrix, timmy, angel.... i dont have a stock impulse with a blackheart board... i have an impulse with respirator, freak, voodoo blolt, aim regulator, blade trigger, black heart board... my gun operates at about 180 psi, and shoots 30 bps.... i wouldnt lie, i used to have a dm4 until i sold it because the board broke and didnt feel like spending 300 bucks to get it fixed at the time.... this gun is just as good as my old dm4. u obviously are a little rich boy who never has the free time to mess with his ---- and make the best of it... ur prolly not the handy type of guy are you? guys dont listen to this fool, this board is worth every penny. as long as u arnt a ----- and can handle the extra weight an impulse has then just spend 300 bucks for one, get this board and get an lpr, blad trigger all for around 500 bucks and ur gun will be just as good as any other torunament used gun.
Mkay. I'm pretty sure, I'm not a little rich boy, I buy all of my own gear, I have something called a job. I've payed off my computer, All of my hockey equipment, Ipod, v3razor, camera I have nice stuff, but it doesn't mean I'm rich. How about this, if your impulse is so good, go on the nation and see how much people will give you for it. Then you can come back to your thread like a spanked puppy. Or you could get a video or sound clip of you shooting 30bps. rofl.
ok, once i go to my dads house this weekend i will pm u a video of me shooting my impulse 30 balls per second..... dude i wouldnt ----ing lie i just came back from cousins paintball and shot my gun into their chronograph and it said 29.5 balls per second.... it is a gas hog i admit that but why the ---- spend 1200 on a dm6 which runs on the same amount of gas as my impulse and shoots the same speed but costs 600 bucks to get it to work that fast... oh btw, i know i cant get alot for my impulse, u wanna know why? becase most people dont like them and their not as "good" as other guns u can get on ebay for 400 bucks... but they are, this gun will blow away a shocker, nerve, most timmies, and most angles.
I'm not gonna argue. To me paintball is all about preference, some people like certain things. Although there is a reason why the pros don't shoot implulses. If you like it that's great. I'll be interested to see the video, I'm not saying it's not possible I'm just wondering why you would dump money into a gun that has no resale. There's a reason why freakfacs are going for two-hundred dollars. I get where your coming from with the getting a upped impulse for cheap deal, but why wouldn't you just go pick up a proto? dude cmon..... the pros dont use impulses because #1 they can choose any gun #2 their bulky and heavy #3 they used to shoot like crap until the blackheart board... im telling you, ask any pro... with tourny settings bps dont meen ----, its all about the weight and the size of the gun, thats why they dont use impulses... but im not a pro and neither is anyone else who is gonna read this so please dont give false information, for the money impulse w/blackheart is the best gun
I thought we were talking about preformance? If you want bang for the buck, anyone can pick up a nib ion for 200 bucks.... They outshoot anything in that pricerange. That's why impulse/icd resale got butchered.
dude.... ions are a great gun for the money but u cant do anything to them... the way they were built makes them the least customizable gun made... plus impulse and ions dont even compare to each other... ions are like their own topic... btw screenstyl what gun do u have? ill make a deal with you, u film u shotting ur gun and ill film mine, and then we make a topic and the people of this site vote whos is faster... ok? some of that redneck paintball, yeaah. but back on topic, guns are important in the game but skill and knowledge of how to use the gun and your surroundings will make you a better player even if you have some crappy gun. skill>bps
actually when u comnbine skill + bps u get a killing machine.... if u give a crappy player 200 balls and a good player 200 balls, the good player would most likely win, but when u give the crapy player a tippmann 98 stock with 200 balls, and u give a good player a matrix or timmy with 200 balls... the other guy will get ----ing raped... its all a matter of who u play with, indoor or outdoors...
