ok i have ben looking since a long time for a program that lets you make phonecalls worldwide from your computer for free , i have tried many of them , %80 were bull---- and never worked , and the rest require you to buy credits and ---- , like skype and globe7 , well does anyone know a program that acutally WORKS and is free by all means and doesnt require you to purchase credits for your account , that would be really great
I would say MSN MEssanger live, but not everyone can get that. It's a beta... I have never tried the phone service but I have a feeling it is free and is good. I dont know though. Just a thought... and I liked Skype =(

as they said, Skype is a good and free program. Although the receiver had to be also a user of Skype... If you prefer using Skype to call to telephone, then use its Skype-Out service, but it is not free.
There's a program called Adcalls, which allows pc to phone calls, but its only free for canadian and americans if they are calling in canada or america, anywhere outside that u gotta pay...

download.com, search AdCalls 2005 and u can also do pc to pc calls if the other person has adcalls and u know thier ip address... its also gud quality voice
