So the topic pretty much speaks for itself. Grey Cobra is one of the worst sites I have ever been to and I encourage anyone who is a member to leave and if you are not a member, never to come one. They have a SOTW and I entered last week. Well the votes came in and I won. Then they disqualified me for they said I was cheating. Because there are multiple accounts on my IP that voted that week. The thing is I have siblings and we all share a computer, and they had voted for me that week. But since my younger brother joined on the day of voting they said I was cheating. I even sat there and explained my whole situation to them and they continued to say either I persuaded them to vote for me or I hacked into their accounts and voted for myself. I told them I did neither because then I would not win fairly, and then I really would not have won. They continued to insist I was lying to them and that I cheated in the contest. They then closed the topic and made the final decision that I cheated and that if I do have siblings, I must have made them vote for me. So in short terms, Grey Cobra has the worst staff out of any site I have been to. They do not trust their members and that is a key item in a good site. Even after I had told them everything and explained it thoroughly to them they still did not believe me. So I would say Grey Cobra is the worst site I have ever been to because there staff is very untrustworthy of other people. So I encourage and and all people to stay away from that site.
yeah.. but they can't help but be suspicious. I mean how do they know they can trust YOU. because they're are many ppl on the internet that would do that sort of thing. and they have "evidence" against you. all you have is your word. but hey... what can ya do??
Well when i first started GFX or PS hobby my first site i joined was GreyCobra And to me they helped me so much that what i am today started out at GC So having multiple users on the same IP would make them suspicious because of the fact that 'cheating' would be the main reason
Not just that........even after I explained myself they still did not trust me even thought without siblings votes I would have won. So this is not because I did not win because they say I cheated, but the fact that they can not even trust their members, even though most members knew me and I was one of the top 40 posters on their site.
