Paypal

I never linked my bank account to PayPal, and only use my credit through it. The only thing I ever use the account for purchases from large sites. If I wished to do an individual transfer (like with someone on this forum), could I use my credit card through paypal, or do I have to deal with registering my bank account?

 

you can pay others with credit cards (i think atleast... they act the same as debit cards, except have an unlimited balance and my mom's debit card can go between personal xfers).

 

Yes, you can use credit card as a payment to someone not of an merchant because you are still paying for it when statement comes in.
