Some band recently reached number 1 status over in the UK by giving out sample albums for free and then telling people to share them online with p2p software.
It's cool, but no one will do that forever, if theyre downloads are poular. They'll want some cash sooner or later.
if me and my friends start recording we will do this kind of thing as well this is why i think its such a good idea
