yes another question, what smiting skill should i take along.. can't take soj because i need spellbreaker against nightmares.. i can only take one.. or tell me all the skills i have to take along.. thx, QuickSilver,
You cant solo UW because of the nerf, that is unless you feel like being super patient and using the old monk build that makes the monsters run away and often leaves you dead. This takes forever to kill monsters, often times you cant regain your mana to be able to cast and you often die pretty fast because of that. The only way you can do it with the current un-nerfed build, is a 55hp monk and an SS necro for backup. Not 100% sure on the skill setups you need for both of them tho.
prot spirit, heal breeze,bonettis defense,spellbreaker,blessed aura,balthazar spirit,mending those are the skills u need and u can still solo it with SoJ but u have to watch out cuz if 2 nightmares pop up then ur screwed the build i use to solo is prot spirit, heal breeze, bonettis,SoJ,blessed aura,balth spirit,mending its take way longer to do though so i advise u go with a necro
Yeah, as i said, its pretty much impossible, because normally if there is one monkey, there is another close by. I always hated that about UW... Necros make it alot easier, but i personally havnt built my own SS necro yet (havnt even logged in in like a month), so i cant name the SS necro skills for you .
Sigh, never ask people here for help, they don't know very much, not to be insulting, but seriously, as everyone says it's impossible, which it definitely isn't. Just go to guildwarsguru.com and look on their forums in Monk subforum in the Campfire area, there are tons of working builds, and if you have questions they won't say it's impossible unless it really is Heh, this doesn't go towars mezoni, or .dementia in particular, if you had read some of the other threads similar to yours, you'd see that there are alot of people claiming it is nearly impossible. Also, you could make a necro and make it an SS necro, there's builds for that on GWG, too. It's not hard to get into a 2-man UW farming group if you're an experienced/intelligent SS necro, there's usually a few "invincimonks" looking for an SS necro
he is just now learning how to solo monk (i know, ive virtually answered every thread hes started and weve conversed over PM), the UW is not for him right now, i personally can solo monk UW, and without the help of GWG, because i have hated ALL my past experiences on that site, including people and design of the site (yes, i wont visit a site i dont like the skin). It IS extremely hard to work through it if you dont know where to step, which skills, etc. and its more like a droks run, you should go through it with another player a few times before you do it yourself.
