ive been waiting 2 ----ing days how the hell would u feel if u had all ur steam accounts banned and not being turned back on how the ---- would u feel ----er so think before u post dumb ---- like this !!!

- Vash -, you are making it seem as though we are under some sort of obligation to refund you for your loss immedietly. I'm not sure why you expect us to fully investigate and make multiple personal replies within hours of the query been sent - look at Paypal for example, even simple transaction disputes take weeks to look at and resolve.

Back to the issue, there are a number of problems that cannot cause the transaction to be reversed:

- Tool-Band does not have the full amount of credits left
- The transaction took place more than 30 days ago so we do not have any transaction logs
- Not all of the marketplace rules were followed while making the transaction, e.g you didn't make a confirmation post that you bought the steam account. In the marketplace rules, this forfeits the right to scam protection.

As a result, I have refunded the credits that can be recovered. You have made a good months use of the account so its not as if this is not enough.
