I am not really planning on it cuz I prolly am too lazy but whats the best way to get buff. What has worked for you like what workouts or maybe routines or drinks or whatever. Anybody?
Actually, my way gets you pretty buff.. I mean, if you play a sport and eat that way you'll get buff in no time.
your aim is general size and strength right? let me copy/paste... here is a decent HIT routine, works really fast for beginners, do this about 2 or 3 times a week(allow one days rest between workout) for about20-40mins a session, for about a month then cycle to somewhat higher reps for a week(to keep your body from getting asjusted) then cycle back. Doing it anymore will be worse as you will overtrain.
