Buying A New Pc!

    Right im one of those guy's who just wonders into any old pc shop and buy's the first thing i like not reading anything about the computer, well a couple of months ago brought a £1000 hp comp with windows media center and now its running realy slow and im deciding to buy a new pc... Im not a builder so the computer must be ready made lol but im looking for somthing good.. i looked on a site Cyber Power i think and i saw this could you tell me if its any good...

    Asus nforce 4 sli chipset mb with dual 16x pci express genuine windows xp home edition w/ sp2.
    cosair 1024 mb pc3200 ddr400 memory
    300gb 7300 rpm sata-11 3.0 gbb/s 16 m chace ulta fast hd

    I just copied that from a pc gamer magazine sorry for spelling mistakes lol.

    i also read somthign about alien ware computers being realy good in the mag please could you help me find the right computer to buy.

    I have around £1200 to spend.... ^_^

    Okay, I guess you're a gamer? Well, if you are, I think you should wait. Soon there will me much newer technologies/generations(well that's what I heard then), like intel's new processor, direct x10, etc. If you want to buy one now, wait 'till the others will help you, because I don't have time to put up a list/ review the stuff you have now atm. (And I don't have any expierence :P )

    yep i have a hell of alot of game's i play, and use my computer for designing alot to... ^_^

    cyber power is good, might also want to check out ibuypower.com Alienware is totally overpriced, you can but more with that money...

    it looks good, but imo you should wait, some new stuff is coming out and with 1.2 grand to spend you could get something v good.

    umm dude, what are the specs of your odl comp, if it's like 6 months old, you could just remove your porn and run some virus checks and it will be fine.

    also, what proc is in that comp?
