ABout 40 % of the time, when I turn on my computer, when i Click my user to log in (it does this to other users too) my coomputer will freeze on "loading your personal settings, and I have to cut the power, it started doing this quite awhile ago but it wasn't that bad so I thought nothing of it, but now its getting worse and worse, I dont know whats wrind with it I've tried defragging, and system restore. My computer is running as great as ever when im logged in and using it though.
