Where did they all come from?
Suddenly Offer&Request is flooded with "semi pro", "unwhored", "AMAZING THE BEST" tutorials that cost 100 credits and are hi inter at best...
I dont even bother clicking on "semi pro" tuts anymore :~

Is it just because of the recent rise of Tutorial Makers?

anything that involves creating a sig is not "semi-pro".

randomly making sigs with your own mind is a much much more atractive for of...creating. and sigs can't be pro much less semi pro. making sigs is one of the most useless things you can do with any picture editing program. but that still doesn't stopit frombeing fun.

It's just like commercials where company b says 'We are better than company a' and company a has a commercial that says 'We are better than company b.' It's all advertising schemes.

Yes, but why has it appeared just now?
There were always self-proclaimed pro's, but now O&R is FULL of it.

It's because people starting thinking they were semi pro...

Which means I don't really know. Annoys the ---- outta me though. Usually they call it semi-pro and it's complete ----. :\

    I agree.

This is a quite pointless thread. If people think they're good, let them.. nobody cares. If you want to buy the tut, the good for you, have a cookie.

    hehe.

IMP.: if you mean, why did they start calling themselves semi-pros instead of pros, idk... maybe someone realized that people were getting fed up with all the pro tuts and would go after a semi-pro tut because they might be more honest than the self-pro tuts... then everone followed.

Street_Sk8er: You're right. People have all sorts of different views, opinions, tastes. And really, a lot of people think the world was made just for them. <_<

Oh, and I never did understand all this inter and pro stuff... Who's the super sig/tag god that rules all and decides the boundaries for whatever the rankings are?
