    *sigh*

remove the anti aliasing from the pixel text. dont use the same inner border as your outside borders. change your outside borders to make them a little more defined. an example of nice borders is here: http://sector5-studios.com/. put something above the logo to bump it down a little, it makes it more visible to everyone and makes it look a litte more professional imo.

post the fixed version after those are fixed and ill see what else i can comment on to help ya make it better.

splash page the images dont load for me :-/ the main site looks nice i like the colors and rollovers on the nav the only thing i dont like is the two 1 pixel green lines on the side of the content i think if there were only 1 on each site it would look nicer but thats just my opinion.

Just remove the last / after index.php and the images will work!

It looks nice, just remove the AA on the text.

You can make much better effects with flash for your menu. Now it is just a simple rollover. You could also do that with 2 images. Make a nice roll over like on this site http://www.team3d.net of http://www.dm-gaming.com.
    That would be nice.

Yeah it's very similar to his old splash I just can't find a preview of it. I'll find out later.
