How Do You Find New "good" Music?

    referrals by others and with extended tv channels i get a station called the metal channel. non stop 24/7 music so that helps too

    Go to pandora.com. Type in the music you like. It will make a radio station for you.. It will play music in the same genre. Say if you like Seether, it will play Seether of course. And it will play bands like Staind and other band with the same influences. I found 3 bands I have never head of. Worked for me anyways. Might help some people out.

    Gamerenders mostly, started of with hearing bands from a friend and then i just visited GR a lot and found new bands

    winamp+shoutcast internet radio free
    thousands of stations, im sure you will find one to your taste, then you just gota listen for a bit and mark down any good stuff ya hear

    iTunes, friends, TV, radio, usually comes with good english music...as for me mostly to jrock...as in L'Arc~en~Ciel, Psycho le Cemu, Gackt such & such & whatnot or maybe try youtube.com...listen to the band before you buy their CD or tracks off iTunes...browse there

    Listen to Eazy E, Nwa, Mc Ren, Mc Eiht, Spice One (not girls), Ice Cube, Yukmouth, Above tha law, bg knccout and dresta, 2pac, biggie, etc.

    Sadly, Wikipedia :P

    I look up the bands i like and usually wikipedia will say bands that they were infulenced by or infulenced.
