I was wondering a good program that was possibly free... (Doesn't have to be free) That I could convert the MVR-MS to something that will be compatible with most DVD players (MPEG1 VCD NTSC Preferably).

Does anyone reccomend or know of anything that can do this!?!?!?!?

Well, for you to convert recorded TV files (mvr-ms or dvr-ms) into MPEG, you'll need a program that will do that. For example; Intervideo WinDVD Creator 2 is one of them. Not only that it will convert, but it will let you edit the video as well. ^_^
