i call em sag or tig

    sig + tag = sag
the prefix of the sig goes before the afix of the tag thus forming sag

You guys are argueing about "art", Art is something you make with your hands not on the computer, that is art, this is just pushing some buttons to make different colors. but if you have to ask me about sig/tag, i would say sig they've been called sigs forever and most other sites call them sigs also, and it confuses people to talk about sigs and tags.

When you sign you name, you call it your signature. When you do your sigs they represent the samething. A tag is what you write on wall and on trains.
Sigs are individual artwork, tag is graffiti.

Quote from G24: ''Honestly it's the same thing, the argument is mostly just people gripping over who's cooler in my opinion. In college it's labeled as small canvas art, and any type of drawing , be it with a brush in photoshop, or a marquee tool, or even using a pen , or drawing or you Wacom tablet, it's called "Tagging" the reason why is because it's leaving your signature, your "Tag". The whole reason sigs ever got the nick name sigs, is because on forums, that's the setting, it's like signing your name, so they aka'd it as, Sigs. In the end it's really the same thing two to one one to the other, it's a matter of preference.''

    I have to say...
They are indeed the same thing, but I just like how tags sounds.
Signatures sounds like something a 70 year old man tries to perffect to write checks to his grandchildern.
    Tag is new, and fire.

Many people, but you are right, there are many people who don't care.
I mean, it's just cool to hear to word tag, or I'm just getting too used to seeing tag body spray commercails...
