*rips out hair* I'm already sick of the arguments between two words. I've always called it sig, so I call them sigs. If you've always called them tags, so be it. We know what you're talking about anyway Honestly couldn't care less.
It is true though. A tag is the more proper word for it. Tags go into your signature space. But signature if used much more. //Haze
they're the same exact thing. different forums use each word with different frequencies. people at NSL usually called them tags, and so people started to assume that the NSL style is a tag whereas everything else is a sig. they mean the exact same thing.
So, how is a 400x100 piece considered art? Well, there's really no difference, sigs are tags, only difference is that artsy people call sigs "tags" Personally I think it's stupid
