Photomanip Tutorial

    It makes the picture look like it was painted by a...painter or something. Atleast to me it does.

    this was a waste of a post, as EFX said its photo enhacement..

    Minxette technically there is more to photomanipulation than that, but yes i agree tutorials like this dotn deserve to be tutorials, this is ONE little step of photomanipulation, thats like calling step 15 of a FULL splash tutorial... a tutorial... it doesnt work.
