Ipb 2.1.4

hey does anyone know
how i install a skin onto 2.1.4?
anyhelp????

 

Go to Skins & Templates.
Import Skin
then just import the xml file for image and skin.

thats outta memory. pretty easy once u get used to it.

i do that
but it doesnt work ?
it changes the colors but the images stay the default ipb boards

 

same thing happened to me, im not a great board upkeeper so i just quit after that lol

 

well i want to keep my board
that is why i asked

i know that blazeman can do it but he aint online

 

I think you have to enable the 777 on the ftp or something like that

 

Oh, heh.

Go into Skin manager, click on skin name go to Settings. Set image set to whatever skin that needs,

there ye go.

I just changed my skin
and i tried to log out and here is the erro rhtat i get while trying to log out

can anyone help to solve this problem?

 

Clear forum cache and try again?

if it still happens, did u chmod everything right in the installation?

 

yup i did
anyways it is not happeneing anymore i will pm ya diablo if i get any more problemms
