hehe, yes they do I take it you havnt seen any of the non-hugely advertised NC-17+ movies then? Those are gruesome, and no im not talking about pornography type stuff. They are literally rated NC-17 for the gore produced and often times the genetalia are shown in severe mutilation and/or torture sequences (and are often involved in the torturing/mutilation) and there are some REALLY gorey things out there in those movies. Those are the movies that are all out, and they actually have some pretty good storylines in comparison to the 'R' rated movies that are all about killing and not much storyline (like this and House of 1,000 corpses). One was not about Jack the Ripper, but closely related and the movie showed him performing his mutilation of his victims (for those of you who dont know about jack the ripper, he was a serial killer that would rape girls and cut them from their genetalia up to their rib cage and let their inside spill out) and that was in a few of the NC-17 movies. Good times.
