Well i have a paypal account which has been frozen (cant send money untill verified) and to make it work again i need to:

add a bank account

add a credit card


i dont have those atm

i need 160$ transferred to another account from this one, and in return u get to keep 175$ thats 15$ extra its a good deal tho

Yea its perferctly safe there isn't a doubt that your account is locked.

Maybe if you can get someone with a credit card to let them verify it on your paypal which would make it so much easier.
