i want to pay someone $150 by giving him my paypal account which has a total of $150 of unclaimed payments , what he is going to do is add his mother's credit card and get the money , but apprently when you are adding the credit card's info you can change all info except the last name ,

I would suggest calling them and actually asking them. Most of those kind of buisnesses have customer support.

i think this is a stupid way to make payments just tell him to sign up with his own account then transfer him the money cause if you used a credit card on that account he can hack you so bad youl get your monthly

to all those saying "they cant help" or "hopeless" or "good luck".... thats all spam. Its not helping anyone.

Yes, you can add your credit card with the last name being different..... the chance of this is once his credit card is on there, you could recover your account claiming it was hacked(with enough proof its actually yours). This would give you use of his credit card, and cause him major issues. Deal with your friends when using account info...

If he has a credit card number he can use, have him sign up for a new account, validate it, and transfer the money over. :)
