Making Borders..

Hello, i have quickly browsed through your forums (witht he search) looking for border tutorials

I was after something like this signature here (the border )

could anyone link me to a tut or if they have the time explain to me how to do it please..

It has a very small and simple tutorial and about 5 or 6 borders you can use

That thing is sick..talk about time consuming.

 

I know how to make it
Maybe sometime I'll make a tut from it but for now I'm too busy to do that
