    Very cool, although I think I would like it without the moving bars, the banner itself would be able to stand alone well. Looks very good though, excellent job.

    The moving bars look.. Wierd.

    The background and stuff look cool.. But the text looks plain..

    bar animation should glide back imo it just pops back outta nowhere...also the green text doesn;t really match...maybe you could try and put in 2 color balance layers at top and make the left side yellow/gold right side black/red and if you do it right...the same would go on the text and the bars that move

    ya the banner itself is sweet. Id suggest just playing the animation just once. Very good otherwise, nice job 8.5/10
