ok i have something to auction on ebay which i've ben told that will go for ALOT , now i dont live in the US and dont have a credit card , so i need a trusted member , a member i can truly trust , with an ebay account and preferebly good feedback to auction it for me , with payment going to his paypal , if it works i will give that person a fair amount of USD , and ofcourse if it does work he will have to send the money to MY paypal

If you have paypal you can use that too. Just state that you only will accept paypal method in the auction.

i cant , my paypal doesnt have a cc in it or a bank account , the money will stay unclaimed because i am collecting money for something and will pay by giving the paypal info

YOu can get a paypal without a credit card and out of US.
You'd just have to spend the Paypal money online.
Also you can get an ebay account without a credit card, I have one and I didnt use a credit card =\
