Asus A8N-E is nice. Thats what I got. But that isnt SLI..do you really need SLI? It's kinda pointless really.. Merged Post: If your into Asus: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16813131524 If you like biostar that one u got seems nice...
well i need sli because in the future instead of getting a whole new card ill just buy another geforce 6800 GS.... and i like biostar, dfi, asus, and ECS, the one u posted looks nice hows the overclocking options on it? and how big does my PCU have to be cause right now i have a 300 watt and with my new case it comes with a 420 watt but in the end ill end up with 450 watts is that enough lol?
Well..a really good 450watt should pull it off. I'd get 500 tho... and its not about watts..do NOT use the PSU (S not C) That comes with it. It wont be strong enough probly and it can ruin your entire computer. I'm not sure what OC's better than what, I heard good of DFI but it matters still so idk...
this is the case im getting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16811144001 and i guess ill get this psu?? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16817255010
That doesnt support SLI. Idk bout what would be best for you...so wait for someone else like defuzion...he's good with PSU's gl
umm, that psu does not supprt sli... (damn, too late) case looks fine... Merged Post: try this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16817101011 cheapest sli-supported one i could find on newegg..
well i already have a pci-e power adaptor so if i get that one i get hook one of them up to the 4 prong cables and if i cant do that ill get this one then: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16817101011
the fad right now is to recomend the 123$ DFI ultra D and to have you mod it for SLI. isn't the 3400+ only on S754 though?
i chatted with an representative from emachines the other and asked him, he sais it was 939 and im gonna beleive him cause if he lies then i can get him fired cause i have his name.
3400 is only 939.. try downloading and running CPU-Z to check it out. Ur new proc will be socket 939 tho so u'll be all set then..but for now..ehh
