    ok im starting up a new forum and these are some questions i have.

    what is the best free hosting for fourms.

    can u put mods on these fourms what ones can u add a mod to.

    so what i want is a free forum/board hosting that lets u add skins, mods, and a custom banner.

    Edit: But the only way to add mods is if you have IPB 2.x.x , not with 1.3.
