What Band(s) Do You Hate

i love how everyone has said 50 cent and say the hate all rap becuase of him, but most people who follow rap hate 50 aswell like me so i dont see the point in people saying thos kind of pharses

 

i guess its a question of taste, i simply hate groups playing heavy-dark-death-destroy-kill-the-children-and-vomit-in-the-microphones kind of music, and sometimes, when you listen to rap, its simply astonishing how stupid it can be

im not saying all rap sucks, or all metal sucks, but sometimes, its simply people searching for a way to get attention, and they are succeeding...

 

when i was younger, i used to listen to rap a little bit. but as i got older i got tired of it because it all sounded the same. No matter who it was

this topic is kinda dumb cuz ur going to get either ppl saying they like rap but hate rock or that they like both and hate gay ppl or that they hate rap and like rock...simple as that
(btw i only hate emo bands and greenday but then agian i love rap)

 

i dont know why so many people hate on 50 cent... the guy is successful, soak it up!

 

because he raps about the same crap every songs, lies about him bein shot 9 times and he insults everyone in the industry

but topic title says bands... so umm.. greenday, foo fighters = overrated. ICP slipknot = suck LP sucks too... i like Jimi Hendrix, led Z, beatles ----

There are many bands I hate, but to start it off, I'll just say for now that I hate:
No Doubt/Gwen Stefani
and
Fefe Dobson

If they never made music again, I would die a happy girl.

 

Linkin Park and Slipknot are not "false" metal, they are mainstream metal (which i dont consider LP to be metal since meteora came out, but thats my own opinion) and I cannot agree with metallica being false metal.

Metallica, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, etc. are the leaders of metal, face it, without Black Sabbath (with Ozzy, back in like the late 60s and early 70s) metal wouldnt be how you know it today. Iron Maiden and Metallica are both some of the origional speed metal bands. Only reason Metallica is false now is because they sold out and started going more contemporary in their lyrics/instrumentals. Listen to their self-titled album and youll see they havnt always been into w/e the modern music of the genre was.

Modern metal are the misfits if you look at it. Its a mixture of metal and gothic (if i could remember the names of some of the origional actual gothic bands - not modern goth, but deep lyrical stuff) and you were to mix them you would get contemporary metal. You cant judge vintage, gods of the genre with the contemporary sell outs (LP and Slipknot included in the crap metal, but its still metal).
