I make websites for East Coast Technology. I do not do alot of layouts like this, most are more simple with good organization and coding. This one got sold 6 hours after getting put on the market. Now I get $250 a month to edit this site, even if nothing is done that whole month. Any way here it is. Click Here for Layout. **Edit, I would like to point out that a template like this would not sell for as much. Maybe $35, but that is not what I got paid so much for. Im getting paid for hosting and managing the site, server, and email accounts. Unfortunatly, the bank stopped payment after only 2 months. I appreciate some of your constructive critisism, but those that are better layout designers than me, I would appriciate if you stopped making fun of me. I am sorry for not meeting up to your "standards". I hope to keep improving on my design.
For 250 $ a month a thought it would be a really good temp. This isn't bad but not really worth the money i think. But good for you. Dr!ver.
wow 250$ i thought i was going to see some sweet template. you could probably make that off a tutorial and it isnt really pro imo. but hey if you got that kind of money awesome.
meh looks like my 1st template. its horrible for the price. ide say your lying about it cuz if u were a "pro" at this stuff it would be ALOT beter. sorry
I am really tired of hearing crap like that. You see I am a profesional coder, my layouts are only so-so. Mostly I stick to table type templates, such as the one used on our website www.eastcoasttech.net The 250 a month is more than just the layout. It is hosting and constant updating. And also, most companies do not wish to have a whole bunch of eye candy in thier layouts. They are more concerned about organization.
it looks almost a simple template, but i would try and compete altough it is pretty professional, great work you may have gave me some ideas..
why bother with constantly changing the template outside the layout? if your pro, code an ACP where the owner of the business can manage the different categories information displayed, itll save time on both your parts and its worth more too.
The template isn't very proffesional at all. The banner isn't very attractive and the layout isn't organised very well. The way you have just centered the content in the middle of the template really doesn't work very well. Try putting it to a side and make some more content boxes on the other side with things like content and a introduction into the company for example. It is very bland, I would suggest maybe using some contrast. Try not to stroke everything, or atleast tone them down slightly. Also, I think you will find that having an attractive layout is also very important.
ok your an ass dude. your templates are no where near pro. u wanna see pro go check out template monster. and you say your coding is pro? bs my coding kicks the crap out of u and i aint pro. right from w3schools validator. a link so u can see it for ur self http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%...t1%2Findex.html no pro coder is going to have any errors in their coding like that. edit: btw u dont even wanna see your load time from sitereportcard.com :-/
 wtf $250 for that ?? well it isnt all the bad but you would really think it would of been a really pro template....... well your a lucky guy for that ..... i mean really lucky ^_^ B) so many erroz on that coding
LMAO HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA (if i get -rep for this post, it is totally worth it!) Man you made my day this is hilarious, LOL!
All of those errors were problems with the alts over the images. I do not have information as to what the owner wants as the image alt text. That is the reason I did not put it. You people are so damn picky. I will not post laouts here anymore unless its in the style of your "Techy, trendy super-cool eye candy layout" style. Happy now. And as for me making it an ACP for the owner. It is a good idea, but more trouble than it is worth. And I only have a 2 year Web-Technology degree, so I never claimed to be the best in the world.
