true. it was something like the average person eats around 5-10 spiders a year, over the course of a life time, pounds are accumulated from spiders as well as other creatures crawling into your mouth while you sleep.

Actually, They were considered the "America" when they were discovered, each one being an America. The North and South were given because it was too large to be considered one.

Also its "United States of America" not "United States of North America".

Not all bacteria is bad for you. Actually most bacteria is good for you. (IE Yogurt, and Most your stomach's mass is from bacteria)

"The strongest muscle in the body is the tongue."

hmm...can you weight lift with your tongue? Im pretty sure I can lift heavier things with my legs rather than my TONGUE...wtf?

My legs can support my body weight...can my tongue hold up 70kg??

for weight ratios your tongue is without a doubt the strongest muscle in the body.

Your tongue weighs practically nothing, yet can lift things upwards of 5-10x its weight. I would like to see someone who weighs 200 lbs (olympic average) dead lift upwards of 1000 pounds (5x their weight, which is practically what your tongue is doing). he cant do it with his legs/back/arms/chest/etc. yet this tiny thing can do it. Its like an ant, they can carry WAY more than their body weight.

its not based on pure weight lifting capability, but rather weigh ratios between the object doing the lifting and the object being listed.

I'm pretty sure cutting your hand off would solve nothing. Now cutting your entire arm off, that's a different story all togethor. But cutting your hand off? I don't see the logic. Hand or no hand your arm still bends the same way.
