That sucks, even though i have an xbox 360 thats still a bumber as i really want to see it in action.
The estimate on the ps3 is $900 and they are still losing $100-$150 just making it. Thats way too much for a game console.
They keep delaying the release!!! ;( Well.... as long as it won't have any technical problems like I've heard with the 360, then I guess it's ok.... I'm still Socoming (they need to fix that too).
humm 300$ unit +100$ HDD... weird.. 400$, a 400$ upgrade to a graphics card tends to make any PC game better...

You forgot to mention the other $2500 in parts that make up the whole computer... Anyway, some of you guys should take a look at the last page of the official Ps3 topic or basicly any other site. It is confirmed that a 60GB hdd will be standard on all models. And we all know that it won't cost $900. Sony plans on making even more sales then they did with the Ps2. And they won't be getting those if there console is 2 times more expensive then the 360.
