In all fairness, i don't think she's "bitchin," excessive noise made by a neighbor does count as disturbing the peace. As a matter of fact, here's the actual law: disturbing the peace n. upsetting the quiet and good order particularly through loud noise, by fighting or other unsocial behavior which frightens or upsets people. It is a misdemeanor, punishable by fine or brief term in jail. So for her to make a topic about not having a tolerant attitude about a loud dog is completlely justified. Thank you. We had to fill a form out and if they did not do anything about after 5 months. They had to give the dog up or train it or bring them in the house. It's kind of hard to move down here do to that storm all of them are moving down here and other states. And also a lot of other places are very high like $2,000 or even more a month.

They want a rod iron fence.. and they just tore down the old one.. why the ---- do u want to spend $ on a rod iron fence for your backyard?
Exactly.. and I don't see what would be wrong with putting the dog in the basement, atleast at night. People need to sleep, have to deal with school, work, and everything else life decides to throw at us. Let him outside in the day, when most aren't around at the least... Consideration..
