Wow please don't share your opinion on something you have litttle understanding on. Their are loads of underground rappers that rap about political issues because it's what they belive in and not about the money.
I listened to alot of rap music, but for some reason I've never really listened to Underground (I'm not one of those 50 Cent loving idiots though). So the only rap group/artist I could really say anything about that rap about political stuff is Public Enemy.
My views are that, if he wants to make a serious song, then let him speak his mind. Isn't that what music is all about? If he wants to sing about ass shaking and money then let him rap about that. He can rap about whatever the hell he wants. Also if I had money like that I'd rap about it too.
yeah but if katrina didnt happen they would just be rapping about how they got money and cars south rappers are freaking wack! crunk music is even worse and commercial hiphop is soo repetitive it sounds like a merry go round song which includes each rapper.. if you listen to mainstream hiphop you have no taste.. and i've been listening to hiphop since forever so dont go saying you cant say this blah blah cause i know every single thing about hiphop from the sugar hill gang to g-unit
