everytime i try to open it it get this message and also when i make a batch file i get this anyone no why???
happened to me and it stopped after i reformatted, virus, perhaps? or a misconfigured system? when did it stop working for you?
well i posted on geeks2go or something and this mod told to me do all this stuff which messed up my comp badly and lost some windows programs and thats when it stoped working
system recovery? XP: Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore (assuming you dont have like Norton's GoBack or something) why were you posting for help on the other forum/site anyways? What was initially wrong with your computer or what were you trying to do?
well no i cant do system restore now it happened a long time ago, well my computer had some virus which keept giving me pop ups but its gone now, but i did what the guy said and it messed with some stuff
I would suggest doing a repair install, which fixes up all your system files and doesnt hurt your personal files.
'16-Bit MS-Dos Subsystem'. As i have only been into computers for the past, eh, 2.5 years, i have never seen anything regarding 16 bit processes. Whatever MoD was showing you is retarded.
well, XP had problems with loading old games, and that would come up. only thing u havta do is right click the application and choose compatability in properties, and choose it to run like a lower OS (98, 2000, etc) are you typing 'cmd' in run, or 'command' both of them should work, or one or the other...
Yeah, command is all screwey, just use cmd. I have the exact same problem. Don't know how to fix, probably 'cause of god damn Norton!
