k i was considering buying an alienware but then i saw this computer in this computer games magazine but i dont know which one i could go with that would last me long so if you guys could give some good detials about the alien ware and other computers
Alienware = bad.... you can get much cheaper hardware if you custom build than if you buy from alienware. we need a little bit more what you want to do with it... PS, Gaming, etc. Price limit? etc., etc...
I would sudgest building your own over alienware too, more stuff for your money, get what you want, and alien ware stuff is overrated and overheats Daz
is fry a store? You could just ask someone here to post links to where you can buy the stuff if you post a budget and what you want to do for it. Then for building it if you didnt know how u could just google it or look in the instruction manuals.
if you have an unlimited supply of money then you can buy an alienware. I got one. Either way, do as you please. I like Alienware myself. Err... also, I take it you want a gaming PC?
Newegg> Fry's electronics FRY's is only good if it's on sale otherwise they rip you off. if you have say 200-300$ get a dell special, it's crap but ohh well, don't plan on gaming, dell makes crap gaming computers 300-600 look into ibuy power or something like that this price range gives you few options as it's smack in the middle of BS 600-1000 build your own you retard you can get like twice as much bang/$ 1000-3000 see above 3000-15000 build you're own 12CPU insane server with a nice raid aray and insane GFX, you might have to wait until PCI-X GFX cards though 15000 and up. just buy alienware or voodoo every 6months, at this point it's obvious money doesn't matter and you can afford to eb ripped off.
^^lol... anyway, what i'd get is AMD Opteron 170 S939 DFI Lanparty SLI-DR Expert 2x 512MB OCZ 1x 7900GTX 1x 150GIG WD Raptor or if on lower budget, AMD Opteron 144 DFI Lanparty Ultra-D 2x512MB OCZ 1x 7600GT 1x 250GB Western Digital if u have a very big budget you can afford gettinng ripped of by buying an intel cpu
^There is no way he would need an SLI-DR Expert, he would do fine with just a ultra-d which imo is the best on the market.
