i think it's an advertisement pin like my cloud 9 mini pin. it's advertising your forum. and i dont rate those. cause you didnt really put any sustence to it. unless you want me to rate it ;T

i didnt say not blending makes it horrible....the whole composition of the tag isnt that great you did a few filters on a fire type bg.... it's monotoned and really high contrasted. im sure your other works get good ratings without blending. but i just dont prefer that one. including it's size.
