Is Hawthorne Heights Emo?

    ive heard ppl say hawthorne heights is emo...but i listen to them and im not emo so i dont know...i wanted others opinions :P

    i think they are.. but ive never heard their music

    i think you can still listen to it and not be emo

    It's called backbiting. People make fun of each other behind their backs and such to make themselves feel better. Don't think you should listen to it. Unless you know he is emo, then you can believe it.

    Umm, no.

    They are emo, but they did NOT help build the genre to what it is.

    Unless you mean the whole thing with passing off whiny pop crap like Good Charlotte and Simple Plan as emo.

    Right now, there are VERY few bands that are emo - Hawthorne Heights (which is crap), Jimmy Eat World (which is very good) and Finch (which is good). Most people now haven't got a clue as to what emo is.
