Well, technicly, he still owns the style. He made the tut on a different sig using the same method. Although the 2 -reps should be removed as you have clearly, not ripped.
get the reps removed but he still has rights to use the tut as long as he didn't mention he would not use it.
you also have to give him permission to use your sig as an outcome of the tutorial. besides that he owns full rights to the tutorial he made, despite whether or not you both made a tutorial using the same techniques.
What I'm really mad about is that he advertised it's good for a tut, which caught my eye. then he goes and makes a tut on it
The -reps should be removed, but he probably beat you to it, made a tut before you, its not illegal in any ways.
it is now drks sig... he no longer has ownership. Creating a tutorial from drks sig is not allowed without permission. If he had created it beforehand, that would have been fine.... but since this is after the purchase it shouldnt be allowed.
ROFL Offcourse Albedo can make the same exact tutorial. He didnt sell the techinque but he sold the sig....
^ so true you can sell a style............but u can make a tut on it. all i know is that u just gave that tut out for free :lol:
