    T-Mobile for a phone plan.

Motorola RAZR (if you don't mind spending a little extra cash) for the actual phone itself. That thing is awesome but slightly overrated.

for a more affordable alternative to the RAZR, you could try the motorola v600. It isn't as sleek, but has great reception and good features.

How much is the v600? I know the RAZR is about $100.

Want something cheap then get a Motorola V180. I think it;s only 20, though it might have gone down.

I use Cingular for service, and it's great. 1000 anytime per month, free nights and weekends, free calls to other Cingular customers, etc. Really good customer service too.

As for the phone...I dunno, find something you like. I've had my phone for 2 years, I've got a Nokia 3300, but I'm looking to replace it soon, I'm aiming for a RAZR or SLVR.
