FIrst of all. Continously saying F-- and B!---es. Doesn't exactly give you a "Clever" image, makes you sound like a little kid who's only way to argue is swearing. Being a smart-ass? Try being reasonable. I have 3 dogs and they practically never bark...did they get proffesional training? No. And owner is meant to discipline and train their dog from the start to prevent unruly behaviour. The fact that those owners obviously coudn't be bothered to train their dogs, just makes them plain out lazy. Oh yeah, the cat thing? Irrelevant. If a dog starts barking at a cat you can damn well control it if you actually bothered to train your dogs. And then you start calling her a whiner... You don't know the facts, neither do I. For all we know she's telling the truth or lying. That's no reason to come in swearing and making blind eyed assumptions at her. You need to step back, grow up and re-think this through.
I think you need to re-think & re-read, since i didnt start swearing untill my last post, because to be quite ohnest, i am fed-up with you and all your little friends. I didnt even read your post properly because i just cant be bothered anymore, i think ive quite clearly got across the message. If you hadnt clicked on yet, i havent resorted to swearing until my last post, and have you acctually realised how many people have sworn at me? And one more thing, all dogs are different, some of them bark some of them dont, like humans some are retarded (i.e. you) some arent. PS: Im fed up of YOU, not the topic.
If you really want something like this to pass, you may want to consider using proper grammar. As for the subject matter, where I am from, there is a fine if your dog consistently makes too much noise after a certain hour of the night (forget what it is), and I know this law applies in several other areas that I have lived.
