Need Help With Outlook Express

ok i am trying to figer out how to get this working i cant rememer how i done it on my old pc but now with the new on i cant seem figer out how to get it working again i need the pop3 code and the smtp could anyone please help.

what email service are you using? gmail and yahoo should tell you what the pop3 and smtp is...

 

i am using ntlworld.com

 

go onto the ntl website for info. Or you should have got a letter in the mail with all the info.
